- Negotiated 25% mandatory contributions for premium health insurance plans from local unions
- Implemented changes to health insurance plans to save taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars
- Negotiated 0% pay increases for past two years.
- Shared additional services with Board of Education to save costs for both entities.
- Implemented Port Monmouth Drainage project which has alleviated tidal flooding
- Obtained grant for Ideal Beach beautification and redevelopment
- Implemented Neighborhood Watch Program in North Middletown in conjunction with the Ideal Beach Community Association
- Lobbied the County to reduce speed limit on Leonardville and Cherry Tree Farm Road in New Monmouth, Belford, and Leonardo
- Obtained the dedication of over 100 acres of land to preserve from development in Lincroft
- Obtained funding from the state to begin the first phase of the dredging of Shadow Lake
- Began the implementation of a town wide solar project to provide tax savings and promote Green Energy
